1621: The First Thanksgiving
Gather in the spirit of gratitude as we celebrate the harvest of 1621. Through immersive storytelling, period games, and a feast inspired by history, experience the remarkable coming together of the Wampanoag and the Separatist settlers—a moment of resilience, trust, and shared tradition.
In this Storybounders Signature Event, join historical figures such as William Bradford, William Brewster, Chief Massasoit, Squanto, and their families as they recount their first year in the New World—the hardships they endured, the lessons they learned, and the relationships they forged. Then, share in a meal reminiscent of what may have been served at the first Thanksgiving, followed by an evening of song, dance, and merriment.
