What about guests with accessibility needs?
The event takes place in an old Victorian home, and not all areas are fully accessible for guests with special needs. Some areas, including the parlor and garden, have a few steps, and certain rooms are only accessible by stairs. Most experiences can be enjoyed without needing to use stairs, and we will do our best to accommodate guests where possible. However, we cannot guarantee full accessibility in all areas. If you have specific concerns, please contact us at [email protected], and we will work with you to find the best possible solution.
What about inclement weather?
In the event of bad weather, tents and shelters will be provided for any outdoor experiences. Indoor areas will remain warm and dry and can accommodate the evening ball and other scheduled activities.
